Formal organizations, as we know it, functions other than than how they functi bingled years ago, let alone a century ago. traditional ways were dominant when it regarded organizational structure, these ways are non efficient enough to sustain the needs of the people. The traditional ways of doing things soon gave way for better and more than rational thinking. New trends came to be as well as scientific thinking.
Originally, a bureaucratic organizational structure was created to pass on efficiency and rational focus to an organizational structure.



Bureaucracy ensured order and rules that employees had to abide by in order to keep functionality and office running smoothly.
