CONFIRMATION OF PHOSPHATE
Add ammonium molybdenate then heat, a yellow precipitate appears or add BaCl2, a white precipitate is formed. Add HNO3 the white precipitate forms a dull solution. Does not decolorize acidified KMnO4.
