I am makeup to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your organisation Incredible connections.
Actually, the computer I live with bought at your parentage on the late January was quite good, however after alone six months things went wrong.
Some programs were getting frozen and every magazine I switch my computer on, then I have to put it of and on again before it can dally again. When I took my computer to your specialist at the workshop and attempt to explain the problem to the technician Peter, he refused to take my computer into service be fountain the problem did not appear at that time. I was difficult to convince him to sp culmination more time to identify the priming it is getting stuck, but he was rude and impatient explaining this is the end of his shift, and he just walked away and didnt care. On the following(a) day another technician Fred listened to me carefully and fixed my computer in 10 minutes, it was great service indeed, when company employees go the purposeless mile and more to assist a customer in need.
I suppose your employee Peter is not suitable for his military position because of his unprofessional. I suggest you to employ someone more versatile and with better personality in order not to cause your customers to loose their time like me.
