executive Summary
Modell Charter School has initiated a project to implement an endeavour Resource jut outning (ERP) system to bring the current processes up to date and in line with current goals and objectives of the naturalise. The current problem procedures and practices have created a bad standing with the community the school serves, savants are under achieving and causes stress between the Management and round of the school. Implementing the ERP will achieve improved business processes, school family with the community, relax the tension between the staff and management, and improve student achievement. The project close documentation will discuss the tell apart accomplishments, key issues, lessons learned, project risks and post project tasks.
