This brief is designed to provide Kathy Kudler, CEO of Kudlers Fine Foods an analysis of nerd (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) connected to current Informational Technology (IT) systems, and to create possible solutions in order to enrich todays ope ration and sic for tomorrows growth opportunities.
Strengths
In review of the Information Technology systems that ar already in place appear to be strong. time utilizing current and up to date office of sale terminals that be set up to automatically filter the data instantaneously to a database when a sale is processed. This database provides the ability to analyze fiscal ratios in real time with respect to the retail markets. The ratios provided include, remuneration margins, dollar value, sales, take in trends by day/week/month, profit margins by inventory item and a sales ratio per unanimous foot of retail space.
The sales ratio per square foot is critical in a retail purlieu with space at a premium. This data retrieval is hotshot function of a larger system Retail endeavor Management System (REMS). The (REM) system has several modules that allows Kudler Fine Foods to right away track its accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), point of sale (POS), bank reconciliation, asset management, and security of the data. While having bother to all of this data will provide Kudler Fine Foods the information regarding efficiency needed to stay competitive in the rapidly changing retail industry.
Weakness
