terrycloth is the middle manager in an Australian marketing firm named Warlock Marketing (Warlock) based in Sydney.
terrycloth has worked at Warlock for 6 years and manages 20 staff members. His Managing Director, Janine has been affect by Terrys leadership skills and asked Terry to expire up a branch in capital of Thailand, Thailand, immediately.
In the Bangkok branch, Terry is now the General Manager, with 35 staff beneath him. Terrys second in charge is a man named Somsak, a Thai national with several years experience in a nonher local Marketing firm. Together, Terry and Somsak run the Bangkok branch of the Advertising firm.
Terry has been passably innovative, implementing weekly team meetings and encouraging everyone to speak their minds, ask questions and show suggestions. All staff members appear to be very reserved and shy, which Terry has interpreted as being lazy and not being team players who contribute to the company.
Terry told Somsak what he thought process and Somsak appeared very upset and angry, but did not say anything. The sideline day, Somsak telephoned the Janine, the Sydney Managing Director, complaining somewhat Terrys actions.
Two long time later, Terry received a phone call from Janine, utter him that hes done a very unworthy job in Bangkok as Manager. Terry was to the highest degree surprised and had no idea that he was doing a miserable job.
