Being a campus recruiter is a tough job and it has its advantages and disadvantages. ane of its advantages is being up to(p) to meet and train different stack. An other advantage is having the provide to hire qualified recruits for that specific job. Even though I stop the chance to meet and train different people on a daily basis, it can become a stressful environment, which is where the disadvantages fall into play. One disadvantage is not being able to meet monthly quotas of recruits to hire, which is very important for mortal in my position. Another disadvantage is being stressed out(a) because of all the planning that has to be done to make original that the recruits are able to be trained correctly for the job. Carl was merely hired as the campus recruiter for ABC, Inc. and took on his first attempt at hiring 15 new solved before the recruits started their new job. One of the businesss was that many of the new recruits had not completed the application process.
