POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR WITHDRAWING: NSW - No Show Withdrawal Students who do not attend at least two of the first base three class sessions and do not inform the instructor of their intention to continue in the class forget be withdrawn from the class by the instructor and issued an NSW. ADW - Administrative Withdrawal Students who bind been continuously absent the three-week period just prior to mid-term will be withdrawn from class and issued a final stage of ADW by the instructor unless that instructor has documentation that the student is unchanging actively pursuing the course, as evidenced by stainless papers, exams, quizzes, or projects. WTH - Student Initiated Withdrawal A student may withdraw from a course through the 13th week of the semester (the sixth week during the summer term) if not already ADW’d by the instructor.
Thereafter, the student may withdraw only with the approval of the College electric chair or designee upon demonstration of extenuating circumstances. A student-initiated coitus interruptus must be requested on the College’s official withdrawal form which may be obtained in the Counseling gist or Registrar’s Office.
