Anyone who is or who has played baseb exclusively plays for one real reason and that is to further a championship. In the cool spring of 2006, falling into to the fervent summer, I had the go on to experience winning a championship. As long as you have a strong team, estimable coaches and God on your side, you can win a baseball championship. The day was April 30, 2006, a few days before fountain day at the ball field. Our team had been working erupt and conditioning for this season all winter. I put in more work because I was a pitcher. Pitching is a hard position so practicing is the main part of success. As clip drew closer to play our first game, we were all nervous but we all knew that God was our center number of winning. Running laps around the ball field on the tonal cut grass every morning and every iniquity turned us into a family because we all began to know individually other. Game time was here and we were all ready to fount the season. We won our first game with ease but we knew the rivalry was going to get more intense. As the season involute on, our record was great with seven wins and home in losses.

Knowing that a team must win the majority of their games so they could function it to the State Tournament, fired us up even more. With altogether a few more games left, we were undefeated with eighteen wins and zero losses. Our last game of the regular season was play against a team that was also undefeated. We lost that game and I was emotionally hurt because having an undefeated season meant a better disaster of making the big tournament. There was still a chance that we could make it and the all of the sudden our coach got the telephone set call. The phone call was from the State Tournament host saying, Sorry coach, unluckily your team fell short of making the tournament.
